At Bressaw's Karate, students learn the timeless art of Kata, which not only builds ones acumen of karate techniques, but is also an outstanding vehicle to build the body while quieting the mind. The more adventurous student will also learn the art of Kumite, which is controlled sparring. In both practices, the dedicated student will attain the virtues of:
